I am a huge believer that you have to work on your health and wellbeing in order to give you the energy and positivity to get the results you want. It not about going on a diet or exercising until you pass out, it is about making lifestyle changes that are achievable and sustainable.

Not only do I focus on your exercise program I try to help with your health and wellbeing, as after years in the industry I have found that this tends to be the key to reaching your goals and maintaining that healthier lifestyle you want. 

I like to use a triangle to explain health and wellbeing. The three points on the triangle are Exercise, Nutrition and Sleep. Working on all three of these aspects of the triangle will really help with your overall health and wellbeing. I find that when we see progression in these areas you will then start to see results!
